Service Manager, Consumer Driven Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Manager to lead the onboarding of new, small & mid-market clients and provide exceptional day-to-day service to both clients and participants. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Consumer Driven Benefits (CDB) and a passion for delivering accurate, empathetic, and solution-focused support. You will play a key role in shaping the client experience, strengthening relationships, and supporting the development of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience.

  • Provide daily support to clients and participants, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.

  • Partner with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enrich the overall service experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, elevate client satisfaction, and deepen client relationships.

  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to new team members, supporting their growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Consumer Driven Benefits programs.

  • Strong understanding of Health Savings Accounts, Health Care FSAs, and Dependent Care FSAs.

  • Working knowledge of Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Commuter Benefits, and Lifestyle Accounts.

  • Familiarity with COBRA and Direct Bill administration

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Inquisitive mindset with a genuine desire to support clients and participants.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
