Carter successfully introduced their brands into 35+ new markets, generating millions in potential revenue.

  • Jim Lynch dedicated 40 years to shaping the benefits administration industry, beginning with the founding of Planned Benefit Systems (PBS) in 1985. Under Jim’s leadership, PBS grew to serve employer groups as large as 200,000 employees, particularly in healthcare, before its acquisition by WageWorks in 2010.

    As Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Product at WageWorks, Jim spearheaded transformative initiatives that achieved a 97% client retention rate and over $25 million in annual new sales revenue. He played a key role in launching the FSAFEDS program for federal employees and securing deals with Fortune 500 companies. His leadership on the Executive Committee at WageWorks played a pivotal role in the 2012 IPO, strategic acquisitions, and the eventual sale of the company to HealthEquity in 2019.

    After WageWorks, Jim brought his expertise to BusinessSolver, consulting on the development of their CDH platform, and currently serves as a Board Member at Elevate, Inc. Now, as the founder of Helix Benefit Solutions, Jim is focused on delivering modern, efficient, and intuitive solutions to simplify benefit onboarding, reimbursement programs, and COBRA continuation benefits for both employers and employees.

  • David Leodore is an accomplished benefits and human resources technology leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations navigate the complexities of employee benefits, payroll, and compliance. His passion for solving intricate client challenges emerged early in his career at ADP, where, as a District Manager, he gained first-hand insight into operational pain points. These experiences sparked (or inspired) his long-term commitment to modernizing the Benefits business.

    David’s focus, enthusiasm and skill expanded with positions at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and as a Regional Sales Manager at Liazon,) where he championed the adoption of private exchanges and consumer-driven healthcare solutions. During his nearly eight years at Clarity Benefit Solutions, David wore many hats leading enterprise-wide sales efforts, mentoring a team of high-performing professionals, and building national partnerships with insurance carriers.

    Now at Helix, David remains committed to transforming the benefits landscape. “By integrating cutting-edge technology with deep industry insight,” David says, “it’s possible to create a system that works better for everyone—consultants, employers, and employees alike.”

Throughout her career, she has mastered the intricacies of Consumer Driven Benefits, seamlessly integrating strategic vision with operational effectiveness to ensure that every detail reinforces the broader mission.
